CREAMY LOBSTER STEW
Ingredients:
1 fresh lobster
2 lb. butter
3 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Directions:
Boil the lobster; remove meat. Cut meat into cubes. Heat 3-4 tbsp. of butter in a skillet; add lobster and sauté until lightly browned. Heat milk; add to the lobster. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add cream and bring just to the boiling point. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika. The flavors are even better if made ahead and reheated. Makes 4 servings.
