PAN-BROILED LEMON GARLIC SALMON
4 6 oz. Sockeye Salmon fillets or steaks
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon pepper
Pour olive oil into large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in garlic. Season Salmon on both sides with lemon pepper and place in pan. Cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Flip fillets or steaks halfway through cooking to brown on both sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving. Makes 4 servings.
