Halibut with Horseradish

HALIBUT WITH HORSERADISH

Ingredients:
2 lb. halibut, cut in 2 pieces
1 c. horseradish, grated
1 onion, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
