Dill Poached Salmon

DILL POACHED SALMON

Ingredients:
4 4 oz. salmon fillets
2 c. chicken stock
1 bunch fresh dill tied with kitchen twine

Directions:
Place the salmon fillets in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and place dill in the pot. Cover, and cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
