Jalapeno Lime Shark

JALAPENO LIME SHARK

Ingredients:
4 blacktip shark steaks
1 lime
2 c. jalapeno jelly

Directions:
Heat grill. Mix jalapeno jelly with juice of one lime. Coat steaks with mixture. Cook on hot grill for 10-15 minutes, until interior of steaks are slightly pink. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Serve with rice pilaf and mango or tomato salsa. Makes 4 servings.
