Crawfish Cornbread

CRAWFISH CORNBREAD

Ingredients:
1 lb. chopped crawfish
1 c. white cornmeal
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. chopped onions

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into lightly greased 8Ă—10 baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6-8 servings.
