“A law firm in San Antonio”

How long have you been at Quality Seafood?

“About 1 ½ years”

What type of background or work experience did you have that brought you to QSM?

“I worked as the office manager for a boutique law firm in San Antonio and loved the human resource aspect of my job.”

What do you love most about your job?

“Of course the employees and customers.”

What is your biggest challenge on the job?

“Staying away from the shrimp.”

In your opinion, what makes Quality Seafood unique?

“Quality Seafood is unique because of its history.  The owner, Carol Huntsberger, makes Quality Seafood unique because of her love for this company and her vision for where she wants to take Quality Seafood.”

Do you have a story to share (an experience with a customer or a coworker, something that might interest our customers)?

“I have had an opportunity to work with the kitchen staff on occasion and am amazed with the work they do.  When I worked the line, everyone was very patient, kind and helpful.”

What’s your favorite menu item to order on your break at Quality Seafood?

“Shrimp, shrimp and more shrimp.”

What was the last meal you ate from Quality Seafood?

“Blackened shrimp.”

If you’re a monger, what’s your favorite fish to fillet?

“I am definitely not a monger.”

 If you’re a cook, what’s your favorite fish to cook?  Why?

“Salmon, because it is one of my sons favorite.”

If you could give our customers one piece of advice when buying or cooking seafood, what would it be?

“Please ask the fishmongers in the Market, they can give you the best advice.”
