When did you begin working at Quality Seafood? I have worked for Quality Seafood for 6 years.
Where did you work prior to working here? I still work for the Doubletree Hotel as a Bartender, and have been there for 12 years.
What do you love most about your job? My boss Carol, she is great to work for. This is such a fun environment and the customers and fellow employees are great.
In your opinion, what makes Quality Seafood unique? Quality Seafood is unique because of the variety of seafood we provide and the variety of clientele.
Do you have a story to share (an experience with a customer or a coworker, something that might interest our customers)? I would say the coolest thing that has happened was before I started working here, I was a patron. I was sitting at the bar one evening and I look across the bar and I think I recognize the woman sitting across from me. We kept looking at each other and finally after asking a few questions, it turned out I did know this person, we worked together 25 years ago at a Bar in Florida! Now she comes in every Saturday!
What’s your favorite menu item to order on your break at Quality Seafood? My favorite menu item is the Trout or the Chilean Sea Bass
If you could give our customers one piece of advice when buying or cooking seafood, what would it be? Add Butter
What do you like to do in your spare time? Spend time with my dogs and catch up on sleep.
If you were to turn on your ipod what song would be playing? American Pie
What is your favorite holiday to celebrate and why? Thanksgiving because it is a great eating holiday!
